RI-PR065 - ORDER FOR EVALUATION OR DETENTION. This is a Riverside County Superior Court form used in mental health proceedings under Welfare and Institutions Code § 5207. This order directs the Riverside County Sheriff to notify an individual to appear for a court-ordered mental health evaluation when the court finds probable cause that the person, due to a mental disorder, may be a danger to self, others, or gravely disabled and has refused voluntary evaluation. The form specifies the date, time, and designated evaluation facility.
