62.683 Continuing Duty to Warn A manufacturer's duty to warn arises when the manufacturer knows or reasonably should know of the danger presented by the use of a product. Therefore, a manufacturer has a continuing duty to adequately warn the public of defects in a product even after that product has left the control of the manufacturer to be sold or distributed to the consumer.
