Medication Capacity Appeal

MEDICATION CAPACITY APPEAL. This is a California mental health court form used in Tulare County to initiate or process an appeal regarding a patient’s capacity to refuse or consent to psychiatric medication under Welfare and Institutions Code section 5334(e)(1).
