Description
TCSC-002 - REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO USE ELECTRONIC DEVICE ON ALL CASES ASSIGNED. This is a Tulare County Superior Court form used by attorneys employed by the District Attorney’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, County Counsel, or Conflict Counsel Panel to request ongoing authorization to use electronic devices during court proceedings. The form allows qualifying attorneys to seek blanket permission for device use across all assigned matters rather than filing separate requests in individual cases. Applicants must identify the electronic device and intended purpose, while certifying that the device will not be used to record, photograph, video record, or transcribe court proceedings in violation of court policy. The form also acknowledges that violations of the Tulare County Superior Court Electronic Device Policy may result in sanctions or penalties. Mandatory Form www.FormsWorkflow.com
