ASSOCIATE FEEDBACK: ASSIGNMENTS. This is an internal law firm evaluation and feedback form designed to gather regular input from associate attorneys regarding workload, supervision, and work-life balance. Typically completed on a weekly basis, the form prompts associates to reflect on whether the amount of new work assigned was reasonable, whether instructions and priorities were clear, and whether adequate time, assistance, and support staff were available.
