UD-8(1) - ANNUAL INCOME WORKSHEET. This form is used in New York divorce proceedings to calculate each party’s annual income for maintenance (spousal support) and child support purposes. The worksheet requires the plaintiff and defendant to report net annual income based on detailed income and deduction calculations contained in Appendix A. Users may complete the calculations manually or use the New York Courts Maintenance and Child Support Calculators, then transfer the results to the form.
