CH-850 - PERMISSION TO HAVE FIREARM OR AMMUNITION FOR WORK (CIVIL HARASSMENT PREVENTION). This form is used when a court allows a restrained person under a civil harassment restraining order to possess a specific firearm or ammunition for employment purposes. The form documents the court’s findings that the person must carry a firearm or ammunition for their job, cannot be reassigned, is not otherwise prohibited under state or federal law, and does not pose an additional threat.
