Description
SC-25 - AGREEMENT THAT JUDGMENT BE ENTERED. This is a district court form used when a defendant agrees that a money judgment should be entered against them as claimed in the plaintiff’s complaint. The form allows the defendant to acknowledge the amounts owed—including principal, interest, and costs—and consent to judgment without further notice. It also confirms that the judgment will accrue interest at the designated annual rate until paid. Both the defendant and plaintiff must sign the form, and each signature must be notarized or sworn before a court clerk. Dist. Ct. Civ. R. 17(e). Civil R. 57(b). www.FormsWorkflow.com
