DRSW82f - ORDER STOPPING INCOME WITHHOLDING ORDER (AND ALL MARICOPA COUNTY SUPPORT ORDERS) A.R.S. § 25-504. This form is used in the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County, to legally terminate an existing income withholding order and end all related child support or spousal maintenance obligations. This order directs an employer or other payor to immediately stop deducting money from a person’s wages or income for support payments. It also confirms that all support obligations in the case—both current and past due—have been fully paid and satisfied, including any arrearage judgments and interest.
