Description

DRLSA81f - DECREE OF LEGAL SEPARATION (Without Minor Children). This form is used in the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County, to finalize a legal separation between spouses who do not share minor children. It records the court’s findings that it has jurisdiction, that Arizona’s residency and conciliation requirements are satisfied, that the marriage is irretrievably broken or the parties wish to live separate and apart, and that the non-filing party does not object. The decree then enters enforceable orders restoring the parties to the status of legally separated, addressing whether spousal maintenance (alimony) will be paid (including amount, duration, and whether it is modifiable), and dividing community and separate property and debts—often through an attached Exhibit A—with authority to use the decree as a transfer of title and to obtain writs if a party fails to transfer property. It can also resolve tax-filing responsibilities, enforce or reduce temporary orders to judgment, and note pregnancy status where relevant. www.FormsWorkflow.com
