Filed under Appellate Rule 23(F)(3)(b)(ii)(a) and Rule 7 of the Access to Court Records Rules, this notice informs the court and parties that the excluded material is not necessary to the disposition of the appeal and therefore need not be filed or tendered. The filer must identify the document name and cite the legal authority (rule, statute, or law) authorizing the confidentiality.
