RP-002 - TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM (Confidential & Juvenile Cases). This form is used in the Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma to request transcripts from court proceedings that are confidential in nature, such as juvenile cases. This form must be fully completed by the requesting party and submitted for judicial approval before the transcript can be prepared.
