CTB-LF242 - ERRATA SHEET REGARDING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT (ADVERSARY PROCEEDING). This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut to formally request corrections to an official transcript of court proceedings. After a hearing, evidentiary hearing, or trial has taken place and the transcript has been prepared and filed on the docket, any party who identifies errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the transcript may use this form to list the specific page and line number along with the requested correction or change and a reason for the modification.
