Mont. LBF 4 - DEBTOR’S NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULES. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana to formally notify the court and interested parties that the debtor is amending previously filed bankruptcy schedules.
