Small Claims Defendant Response

SMALL CLAIMS DEFENDANT’S RESPONSE. This form is used in the Small Claims Department of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for defendants to formally respond to a small claims lawsuit filed against them. Each defendant must submit their own response, although spouses or registered domestic partners may file jointly.
