CAO FL 3-3 - FAMILY CASE RESPONSE (WITH CHILDREN). This form is used in Idaho District Court by a respondent who wishes to formally reply to a family law petition—such as for divorce, custody, or legal separation—in cases involving minor children. This form enables the respondent to state which specific allegations in the original petition they admit to fully, partially, or deny. If the respondent lacks sufficient information to admit or deny a claim, they may indicate that as well.
