MAG13-03 - ANSWER AND/OR COUNTERCLAIM OF DEFENDANT. This is a response form used in the Magistrate Court of Fulton County, State of Georgia, by a defendant to reply to a civil claim filed against them. This form allows the defendant to admit or deny the plaintiff’s claim, dispute the amount owed, assert payment or bankruptcy discharge, or state other defenses. It also provides space for the defendant to file a counterclaim if they believe the plaintiff owes them money arising from the same dispute. The completed answer must be received by the court on or before the default date by 5:00 PM.
