Attorneys seeking pro hac vice admission must be members in good standing of another United States District Court, must not reside or maintain a law office in the Southern District of Georgia, and must designate a Georgia-licensed local counsel who is a member of this court’s bar. The application requires certification of good standing, compliance with the court’s Local Rules, disclosure of prior appearances in the district, and payment of the required admission fee.
