ACR 749 - PROPERTY OWNER’S STATEMENT ON NEW CONSTRUCTION. This is a Riverside County Office of the Assessor form used to report newly constructed improvements following issuance of a building permit. Property owners must complete and return the form within three weeks of the date sent. The form collects detailed information about structural changes such as additions, alterations, patios, pools, or spas, including square footage, construction costs (labor and materials), completion dates, and contractor information. Owners must also provide interior and exterior construction details, plumbing features, and total project costs. Page two includes a required sketch of the new construction showing dimensions and placement relative to existing structures, along with area calculations.
