ACR 702 - APPLICATION FOR REASSESSMENT (PROPERTY DAMAGED BY MISFORTUNE OR CALAMITY). This is a Riverside County Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder form used to request temporary property tax relief when real or personal property has been damaged or destroyed due to a misfortune or calamity. Filed under Riverside County Ordinance 538, this form allows property owners or responsible taxpayers to report damage, indicate whether it resulted from a Governor-proclaimed disaster, and provide pre- and post-calamity value estimates. Applicants must describe the condition of the property before and after the event and include any contractor repair estimates.
