Dills Petition For Certification {PERB-3005}

PERB-3005, DILLS PETITION FOR CERTIFICATION, Only “unrepresented individuals” defined under PERB Regulation 32110(b) may file their Dills petition for certification via mail service or personal delivery directly with the PERB Sacramento Regional Office. The petition must be accompanied by proof of support of at least 30 percent of the employees in the unit claimed to be appropriate (original proof of support must be provided, but see PERB Regulation 32700(d)(4) for submitting electronic proof of support).
