PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION PROCEDURES FOR ORGANIZING AN OKLAHOMA PROFIT CORPORATION This information is intended as an aid to organizing an Oklahoma professional corporation pursuant to the provisions of Title 18, Section 801 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
