Description
FL-6 - FAMILY LAW STIPULATION AND ORDER. This is a Napa County Superior Court form used in family law cases when parties agree to continue a hearing, vacate a matter, or request other stipulated relief without appearing in court. The form allows attorneys or self-represented parties to jointly request a continuance of a scheduled hearing date, confirm whether temporary restraining orders will remain in effect, and indicate the number of prior continuances requested. Under Local Rule 7.6D, parties may stipulate to continue a hearing up to three times if the stipulation is timely filed and any required continuance fee is paid.
