100.15. Place to Board and Alight

100.15 Place to Board and Alight In selecting a place for the plaintiff to [board] [alight from] its vehicles, it was the duty of the defendant, as a common carrier, to exercise the highest degree of care consistent with the mode of conveyance used and the practical operation of its business as a common carrier by [bus, taxi, etc.]. The failure of the defendant to fulfill this duty is negligence.
