REPORT OF ASSETS IN CHAPTER 7 CASE AND REQUEST TO SET DEADLINE FOR FILING PROOFS OF CLAIM. This is a trustee form used in Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases within the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut. Revised December 2019, this form is completed when the Chapter 7 trustee discovers or recovers assets that may result in a dividend to creditors. It notifies the court that the case should no longer be treated as a “no-asset” case and requests that the Clerk set a proof of claim filing deadline, as required under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 3002(c)(5).
