Form MC 279 - STIPULATION FOR MEDIATION. This form is used in the State of Michigan when all parties in a case agree to submit their matter to mediation. It allows the parties to specify whether the mediation will be conducted under general civil mediation rules, domestic relations mediation rules, or as evaluative mediation. In general civil cases, the form must identify the agreed-upon mediator if the parties select one themselves; otherwise, the court will assign a mediator from its roster. Approved, SCAO.
