Description

NVB 2600 - ENTRY OF DEFAULT. This form is used in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada to officially record that a defendant in an adversary proceeding has failed to plead or otherwise respond to the complaint within the time required by law. When a defendant does not take action to defend the case, the plaintiff may request the court to enter a default against that party. Upon review of the court record and confirmation that the defendant has not filed the necessary response, the clerk of court issues this document to enter the default, as authorized by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7055. www.FormsWorkflow.com
