Description
Local Form CR-24 - FULL RECONVEYANCE. This form used by the Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus, is a legal document that officially releases and removes the lien created by a previously recorded Deed of Trust. This form is utilized when the financial obligation secured by the Deed of Trust—typically a real property equity bond posted as bail in a criminal case—has been fully satisfied. Upon receiving written confirmation from the beneficiary (usually the court or county) that all sums secured by the deed have been paid in full, the Court Executive Officer, acting as the trustee, executes this Full Reconveyance to return the legal title of the property back to the original property owner(s), without warranty. The document identifies the original deed by recording details such as the instrument number, date, and the names of the original parties. It is signed by the authorized representative of the trustee, notarized, and recorded in the county’s official records, thus formally clearing the title of the lien.
