CR-241 - VICTIM NOTICE OF RIGHTS. This is a Wisconsin Circuit Court form that informs a victim of their statutory rights once a defendant has been convicted or sentenced. The notice explains that victims have the right to be notified of any post-conviction petitions or motions, to attend corresponding hearings, to use visual aids when addressing the court, and to submit written statements for the court’s consideration. The form includes a Victim Notification Card allowing victims to opt in or out of receiving ongoing notifications.
