FORM NLRB-4483 - WAIVER. This form is used in representation elections to allow an election to be scheduled earlier than the standard 10-day waiting period after the employer submits the eligibility list. Normally, this list—containing names and contact information of eligible voters—must be provided at least 10 days before the election to give all parties sufficient time to review it. By signing this waiver, a party agrees to shorten this period, provided they still receive the list for a minimum number of days before the election (as specified in the form). The party waives the right to file objections to the election based on not having the full 10-day review period.
