Description
FORM NLRB-4551 - REQUEST TO PROCEED. This form is used in National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) representation cases to request that the Regional Director continue with the election process despite the existence of an unfair labor practice (ULP) charge related to the case. When an unfair labor practice charge is filed after a representation petition, it may delay or block the election. However, a party (such as a union or employer) may use this form to waive the blocking effect and allow the representation case to proceed. By submitting this request, the party acknowledges that any alleged unlawful conduct related to the charge may still serve as the basis for post-election objections, meaning that if misconduct is found to have affected the election outcome, the results could later be challenged. www.FormsWorkflow.com
