CR-206 - ORDER OF COMMITMENT FOR TREATMENT (INCOMPETENCY). This form is used by a Wisconsin Circuit Court to order the involuntary commitment of a defendant who has been found incompetent to proceed in a criminal case but is likely to become competent with appropriate treatment. The form records the court’s findings that the defendant is either charged with or found guilty of certain crimes and currently lacks the mental capacity to participate in legal proceedings.
