355 - NON-PROFIT FESTIVAL PERMIT APPLICATION. This form is used by qualifying nonprofit organizations to apply for a permit that allows them to hold a festival featuring alcoholic beverages. Under Maryland law, this permit authorizes the organization to conduct a nonprofit festival for a duration of one to three consecutive days, during which beer, wine, and/or liquor may be served.
