FORM 52 - ARTICLES OF INTEREST EXCHANGE. The form is used to formally record a transaction in which one business entity (the "acquiring entity") acquires ownership interests in another entity (the "acquired entity") under Wisconsin law. This form is filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions and applies to a wide range of entity types, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and nonstock corporations. The form captures essential details about both entities involved in the transaction, including their legal names, entity types, jurisdictions of formation, and confirmation that a formal Plan of Interest Exchange was properly approved in accordance with their respective governing laws.
