This is a required notice used in civil cases filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia under Local Rule 16.7. This form informs parties of their rights and options regarding case management and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). It explains the availability of mediation, arbitration (binding or non-binding), and consent to proceed before a U.S. Magistrate Judge, as well as general expectations for discovery, pretrial orders, and settlement discussions.
