DEFENDANT MOTION FOR RULE TO SHOW CAUSE COMES NOW the Plaintiff and moves this Court to issue a Rule to the Defendant, _________________________________, to show cause why he/she should not be in contempt of this Court, and would state: 1. Final Judgment in the amount of _______________ was entered on ______________________ and same has not been paid (nor any part thereof). 2. A copy of the Final Judgment was duly served upon said Defendant on ________________________ directing him to complete Florida Small Claims Rules Form 7.343 (Fact Information Sheet) and return it to the Plaintiff within forty-five (45) days from the date of the Final Judgement. 3. The Defendant has failed to complete and return the above Fact Information Sheet within forty-five (45) days as required by the order of this Court. 4. Plaintiff has reason to believe that Defendant has assets sufficient to satisfy said Judgment herein and is failing to complete the form to avoid exposing his assets to satisfaction of this Judgment.
