SF-FCB-180, SURETY BOND Foreclosure Consultant (Civil Code section 2945.45(a)(2)), the provisions of Section 2945.45 of the Civil Code require that the Principal file or have on file with the Secretary of State a copy of a bond in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and this bond is executed and tendered in accordance therewith.
