FORM LOB 6, LOBBYIST QUARTERLY REPORT, Every lobbyist must complete the Lobbyist Quarterly Report (Form LOB 6) for each calendar quarter, regardless of the level of activity of the lobbyist, and whether or not the lobbyist has incurred any expenses during the quarter.
