This form is typically used when a party in a legal case wants to notify other parties or their attorneys of important documents or court proceedings through mail. The purpose of the Declaration of Mailing is to provide proof that the documents were properly mailed to the intended recipients. The person filing the form must list the names and addresses of the parties or attorneys to whom the documents were mailed, as well as the date and method of mailing. By filing a Declaration of Mailing, the filer can ensure that all parties are properly notified of important legal proceedings, which can help prevent disputes and delays in the legal process. An unsigned copy of this Declaration of Mailing must be attached to and mailed with the copies.
