Defendant. ____________________________________/ STIPULATION AND CONSENT TO REFERRAL AND STIPULATION AND CONSENT REGARDING TRANSCRIPT The undersigned Plaintiff(s) and Defendant(s) or their counsel of record, do hereby consent to the Referral to the General Magistrate of all matters and issues set forth in the Order of Referral herein. Unless otherwise specifically requested by any party hereto, the taking of oral evidence in writing by the Magistrate or some other person in his presence shall be waived. If such a specific prior request be made, it shall be the obligation of requesting party, at its own cost, to provide for the timely attendance of an official reporter at all proceedings herein. In the above styled matter, unless otherwise specifically requested by any party, the filing of the transcript of all proceedings held before the General Magistrate shall be waived. If such a request be made for the filing of the transcript, then the party requesting same shall bear the cost of transcription and shall see that the transcript is filed with the Clerk of the Court in a timely manner; however, the filing of the Magistrate's report will not be delayed by the time necessary for preparation and filing of the transcript. Pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.490, the time for filing exceptions shall be within ten (10) days from the time the Magistrate's report is served, and shall not be enlarged by the preparation of any such transcript except by prior order.
