Therefore, the marriage between the parties is dissolved, and the parties are restored to the status of being single. Marital Settlement Agreement. The parties have voluntarily entered into a Marital Settlement Agreement, and each has filed the required Family Law Financial Affidavit. Therefore, the Marital Settlement Agreement is filed as "Exhibit A" in this case and is ratified and made a part of this final judgment. The parties are ordered to obey all of its provisions. The Court finds that the parties have the present ability to pay support as agreed to in the marital settlement agreement as ratified and made part of this final judgment.
