An order reclassifying the jurisdictional limits; 4. An order dismissing fictitious defendants; 5. An order scheduling exchange of expert witness information; 6. An order setting subsequent conferences and the trial date; 7. Other orders to achieve the goals of the Trial Court Delay Reduction Act [Government Code § 68600, et seq.] NOTE PLEASE DO NOT attach copies of previous case management orders as instructed in paragraph 21 of the Case Management Statement [Judicial Council Form CM-110].
