Last day for filing motions in limine concerning designated witnesses or exhibits - 7 days before trial. In the event the parties are not able to comply with the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a status conference in this matter will be at «ConferenceDate» on «ConferenceTime» in one of the courtrooms of this Court, at the Kootenai County Courthouse, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. A scheduling order under I.R.C.P. 16(b) will issue following this conference. All parties must appear at this time in person or by counsel.
