INTERROGATORIES. This is a Cobb County Magistrate Court form used by a judgment creditor to obtain post-judgment financial information from a judgment debtor. These interrogatories are served after a judgment has been entered and are designed to identify the debtor’s assets, income sources, and property that may be used to satisfy the judgment. The questions require the debtor to disclose employment information, real estate interests, business ownership, bank accounts, personal property valued over $100, and money owed to the debtor by third parties. The debtor must answer each interrogatory fully and under oath and serve the responses within 30 days of service.
