GUARDIAN'S APPLICATION TO SELL PERSONAL PROPERTY The Guardian represents to the Court that it is necessary and in the best interest of the ward to sell the ward's personal property. The Guardian asks the Court to authorize the sale of the ward's personal property, as listed herein, at a private sale for the best price obtainable, or for a set price, or at public auction, and for cash or on terms.
