LLP-1 - APPLICATION TO REGISTER A LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (LLP). To register an LLP in California, fill out this form, and submit for filing along with: • A $70 filing fee, and • If the LLP is formed in another state or country, a certificate of good standing, issued within the last six (6) months by the agency where the LLP is formed. • A separate, non-refundable $15 service fee also must be included, if you drop off the completed form.
