It commands the third party respondent to appear in court for examination under oath concerning the property, income, or indebtedness due to the judgment debtor. This form is part of the process of enforcing a judgment. The purpose of the form is to: 1. Command the respondent to appear before the court on a specified date and time to provide information about the judgment debtor's property, income, or debt. 2. Command the respondent to produce all books, papers, or records in their possession that might contain information concerning the judgment debtor's property or any funds due to the judgment debtor. 3. Prohibit the respondent from transferring, disposing of, or interfering with any of the judgment debtor's non-exempt property or funds, or paying over any non-exempt money due to the judgment debtor until further order of the court or the termination of the proceedings. 4.
