The guardian's resignation is accepted, subject to the requirements specified in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this order. 2. The guardian shall be relieved of all further duties except those specified in paragraph 3 of this order upon the appointment and qualification of a successor guardian, but shall remain responsible for all duties as guardian until a successor guardian has been appointed and duly qualified, and the acceptance of the resignation shall not exonerate the guardian or the guardian's surety from any liability previously incurred. 3.
