IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS FOR WARD'S DEPENDENT (On Petition of Guardian) On the petition of guardian of the property of court finding that the material allegations of the petition are true and being otherwise fully advised, it is ADJUDGED as follows: 1. is a dependent of the Ward within the meaning of Florida Statutes Section 744.397, is in need of aid and assistance from the property of the Ward, and the estate of the Ward has the ability to pay for, provide or furnish such aid and assistance without unreasonably jeopardizing the care, support, education and maintenance of the Ward. 2.
