This form is used in the Circuit Court of the Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit in Kendall County, Illinois in cases where a judgment creditor is seeking to garnish the assets of a judgment debtor who is not an employee (non-wage garnishment). The form is addressed to the garnishee (a third party holding assets of the judgment debtor) and requires the garnishee to file answers to the judgment creditor's interrogatories at the specified location and date.
